We are delighted to announce that we have been recognised as an accredited Living Wage Employer.
This means that every member of staff earns as a minimum, the real Living Wage (LW) – the only hourly pay-rate based on the true cost of living in the UK. According to the Living Wage Foundation, “The real Living Wage is based on the cost of living and is voluntarily paid by over 4,200 UK employers who believe a hard day’s work deserves a fair day’s pay.”
21% of workers in the UK still don’t receive the LW. We want to play our part in helping the Living Wage Foundation change this and ensure more families earn a wage they can actually live on.
