We’re thrilled to announce five very well-deserved promotions across our Head Talent Solutions, Head Contractor Solutions and Finance teams, demonstrating our continued commitment to reward and recognition of our people as they progress through their careers.
Head Talent Solutions
In our Talent Solutions team Cal Hayes and Rachel Ricketts have both been promoted from Associate Consultant level to Consultant level after excelling in their day-to-day roles, as well as working collaboratively with their wider team. At Head Resourcing our success comes from working together to ensure we match the right talent with the right roles.
Lyle Ritchie, Head of our Talent Solutions team commented,

Head Contractor Solutions
Following a successful year last year Eyrun Bernhardsdottir has also been promoted to Principal Consultant and Libby McGhee has been promoted to Consultant within our Head Contractor Solutions team.

Finance
And last but not least, congratulations to Katie Jankovic who have been promoted to Head of Finance. Katie has worked with Head Resourcing for many years and brings so much positive energy to anything she gets her hands on. A truly well deserved promotion!
