I Have been with Head Resourcing since February 2010. As you can guess with the job title, I provide continual support to the business with internal & external MI, organise internal events (BBQ/ Christmas Party), ensure client terms are in date and saved in the relevant folders. The role has evolved throughout the years to include minuting Head Resourcing board meetings, helping Sarah with HR admin such as organising inductions for new starts and helping with BrightHR. Recently I became the Operational Effectiveness and Quality Manager, in addition to the above I now look after our Quality systems.
