Change Engagement Communications Analyst is required to work with our Consultancy client for an engagement based in Manchester, 2 - 3 days per week onsite. This is an initial 3-month contract paying £280 - £350 per day depending on experience, outside IR35.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the communications and engagement for a finance improvement programme, working closely with the Change Lead and the wider Change Team to deliver engaging communications.
Key skills & experience required:
- Experience in devising and delivering change & engagement communication strategies
- Proven experience of working as a Communications Analyst
- Creativity in writing and executing communications including PowerPoints, video demos, user guides that will feed into training plans
- Experience with digital communication channels and platforms such as MS Teams/SharePoint.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Skilled in PowerPoint and Word and the ability to produce impactful designs and layouts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
