A small Edinburgh based client is currently seeking a strong CRM/MS Dynamics focussed Project Manager to join their team supporting ongoing IT Transformation work. Based from their office in the City Centre and working in a hybrid-style, the role will be working with an experienced Programme Manager with key responsibilities covering:
- Leading & managing the CRM project team
- Ensure successful implementation & delivery of the CRM Project
- Relationship management with a key CRM supplier.
- Managing & guiding resources to enable project delivery.
An interesting role within an interesting client & environment, to be successful, our Client is seeking Contract Project Managers with the following knowledge & experience:
- Strong & proven Project Management skills & experience with detailed & in-depth knowledge implementing & delivering key systems (CRM's & ideally MS Dynamics)
- Previous experience in Testing, Data Cleansing & Migration will be highly advantageous
- Excellent supplier management skills will be key on this project. The successful candidate must be able to work closely with a key supplier and build strong/trusted relationships & ways of working
- Excellent people, communication & inter-personal skills will be essential as always, alongside first-class Stakeholder Management skills (our client are a reasonably small environment so prior knowledge navigating smaller organisations is preferred over large corporates)
