M365 Support Specialist (3rd Line)

9-month Contract

Glasgow / Paisley

Inside IR35 paying up to £430 per day

A Glasgow-based Public Sector organisation is currently looking for a highly experience M365 Support Specialist (3rd Line) to join their team on an initial 9month Contract.

A second gap in a team that's just added to their team, this role will be based from their Glasgow office and will be working as part of a larger IT Support Team. The successful candidate will be joining a team responsible for the provision of IT support to all Microsoft based services and the successful candidate should have the following knowledge & experience:

  1. Extensive IT Support skills & experience at the 3rd and/or 4th line
  2. Deep expertise with Microsoft Technologies & M365 applications - M365, Active Directory, Entra, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, MS Office, Intune, MS Teams & Azure etc
  3. Previous knowledge & experience in other areas of the Scottish Public Sector would be highly beneficial and preferred
  4. Strong & solid Problem-Solving skills with strong internal Customer Service will be essential as always
  5. Any formal IT Support / Microsoft Certification would also be highly advantageous but not essential
