Senior Change Manager / Change Lead needed urgently for an initial 3-month engagement with our Consultancy client in Manchester. The right candidate must have extensive demonstrable experience leading and delivering complex business change initiatives within corporate environments, including Legal Services.
Alongside strong Business Change adoption expertise, candidates must have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, have experience building and tailoring content to user personas and have very strong influencing skills in order to drive change across a portfolio of projects impacting multiple areas.
The role is Outside IR35 and requires candidates to work 2-days per week onsite in Manchester.
Key Skills:
- Demonstrable experience as a Senior Change Manager / Change Lead
- Previous experience delivering Change within Legal Services, Law firms or Legal environments.
- Proven Change adoption and implementation expertise
- Very strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities with the ability to work with all levels in an organisation, including C-Suite
- Change Management Qualification & Methodology experience (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, APMG etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
