IT Change Analyst

Contract - umbrella

£368 per day

Our large financial services client is looking for Senior IT Change Analyst (ITIL, ServiceNow) on an initial 7 month contract. Fully remote (within the UK) the role can pay a top end of £368 per day to umbrella company.

The role will be split 50/50 across BAU and supporting a new improvement & process automation project. An exciting time to join the team and project in the early stages.

Key skills & experience required -

  • Demonstrable background in an IT Change Management role
  • ITIL qualified (certification would be high beneficial)
  • Extensive experience working with ServiceNow software
  • Broader knowledge of how CM fits into the wider process
  • Excellent communication s & stakeholder management skills
  • Previous experience of working in Banking / financial services clients would be preferred

Additionally, any experience in process improvement within IT change management, automating risk assessments in ServiceNow, producing MI from ServiceNow would all be highly beneficial.
