Senior Project Manager (Financial Crime & Fraud) needed for an initial 6-month role with our large Financial Services client based in Glasgow, though the role can be worked predominantly remotely. Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team within Fraud and Financial Crime. The right candidate must have strong Project Management and Project Delivery experience within Financial Services / Banking, an understanding of Fraud & Financial Crime combined with demonstrable experience leading Business Change and Technology related projects within FS environments.

Candidates are required to engage via an FCSA accredited umbrella company with a top end rate of £457 per day. Whilst the role is expected to be UK based and predominantly remote, there will be a need for very occasional travel to Glasgow for workshops.

Key Experience Required:

  • An experienced Project Manager with a strong track record delivering complex Financial Services related Change and IT projects
  • An understanding of Fraud and Financial Crime projects within Banking environments.
  • Experience developing and managing a stakeholder engagement plans, ensuring continuous and clear communications with sponsors, business owners and impacted suppliers
  • Experience of working closely with project sponsors to develop scope and business cases including financials and project plans
  • Experience Leading and coordinating teams of diverse technical and non-technical resources across multiple geographic sites and engaging effectively with external 3rd party service providers
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Stakeholder Management skills will be essential, alongside strong & clear communication & inter-personal skills
