3rd Line IT Support Analyst
9-month Contract
Glasgow City Centre
Inside IR35 paying up to £430 per day
A Glasgow-based Public Sector organisation is currently looking for an experienced 3rd Line Support Analyst Contractor to join their team on an initial 9month Contract.
Based from their office in Central Glasgow and working as part of a larger IT Support Team, the successful candidate will be joining a team responsible for the provision of IT support to all Microsoft based services and the successful candidate should have the following knowledge & experience:
- Excellent experience in IT Support, working as a 3rd Level Support Analyst
- Expertise with Microsoft Technologies - M365, Active Directory, Entra, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, MS Office, Intune, MS Teams & Azure etc
- Strong & solid Problem-Solving skills with strong internal Customer Service
- Any formal IT Support / Microsoft Certification will be helpful but not essential

Our Client work in a hybrid style with 1-2 days required onsite in Glasgow so locally based candidates will be preferred.
