Full Stack .NET Developer (C#, Angular, Kubernetes, GitHub) needed urgently for a 6 - 12-month Contract role with our Wealth & Investment client based in Edinburgh.
The role is Outside IR35 and will require the successful candidate to work 2 days per week onsite in Edinburgh.
The successful candidate must have demonstrable experience in Full-stack .NET development roles (ASP.NET core), Angular / TypeScript expertise, experience in cloud native environments including microservices & distributed design, experience working in agile software development teams with a DevOps stack such as GitHub or Azure DevOps and experience working Data & Analytical projects. You should be an established developer with experience covering user interfaces, back-end development and databases. Any experience in Kubernetes, CosmosDB, RocksDB and Python would be an advantage.
In addition, an Interest in, or experience of, investment management / Wealth & Asset management environments is desireable.
The successful candidate is expected to have a mix of software development and general data analytics expertise. A particular focus for the small team you would be joining is to enhance ESG data and analytic capabilities to support sustainable investing across asset classes and the role will primarily focus on a project to develop interactive functionality in the web application, enabling investment staff to access a range of ESG analytics to support their investment processes.
