IAM Solution Architect (MS Entra ID / ID Governance) needed urgently for our consultancy client in Edinburgh. The right candidate must have demonstrable knowledge and experience of Microsoft Entra, particularly MS Entra ID & ID Governance.
The engagement is Outside IR35, 6-months initially and requires 2 days per fortnight / month onsite in Edinburgh.
The right candidate must come from an architecture and design background, with demonstrable experience in Identity Access Management as an Architect within complex organisations. In addition to strong MS Entra experience, candidates must have a strong understanding of working with and deploying in Microsoft Azure, have strong knowledge and understanding of various architectural and cloud design patterns and have previous experience working with automation tools, including Logic Apps.
The role will require the successful candidate to work closely with clients to provide Identity Architecture services and support, taking ownership of the full design / architecture of a system in Entra/Azure.
Technical knowledge and experience should include:
- Extensive experience in MS Entra, including Entra ID & ID Governance
- Azure deployment and cloud architecture experience
- Experience in designing and deploying Microsoft Identity Manager (Including Sync Service & Portal, and experience developing custom management agents and sync rules)
- Experience with automation, ideally including complex Logic Apps integrating with non-Microsoft applications, platforms and APIs
- Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and Web APIs, including REST
- Experience with MS Entra Lifecycle Workflows, including custom tasks
- Experience with Azure Data Fabric would be an advantage.
