Middleware Engineer - IIB, ACE, MQ, Dynatrace
£432 per day via umbrella company
Remotely based (infrequent travel)
Our banking client is looking for a Senior Middleware Engineer to join their existing team in a busy & changing time. Whilst you can be remotely based (work must be completed within the UK), there will be a need to be onsite for specific meetings on a monthly basis. The role has been assessed as Inside IR35 and will pay a top end rate of £432 per day to an umbrella company. This role is for a 10 month initial contract duration.
Supporting the organisation with various BAU and project activities, the client is specifically looking for a middleware generalist with specific expertise in IBM Integration Bus (IIB), ACE, MQ & Dynatrace.
Key skills and experience required -
- Expertise in IBM Integration Bus (IIB), ACE & MQ - this knowledge is essential to this role
- Dynatrace - this knowledge is highly preferred
- Weblogic
- JBoss 7 & 8
- Windows & RHEL OS
- Experience in prioritising multiple activities in a rapidly changing environment
- Experience of working in a Financial Services client would be beneficial although is not essential
- A proactive approach with strong problem solving skills
