Leading recruitment consultancy Head Resourcing, today announced the promotions of Lyle Ritchie and Jilly Anderson to Deputy Managers of its Edinburgh Permanent and Contracts Divisions respectively.
Lyle and Jilly have over 13 years’ combined experience within the IT recruitment sector and a wealth of experience in successful delivery to key accounts such as Tesco Bank, Sainsburys Bank and Clydesdale Bank. Lyle said “This promotion means a lot to me and I am really looking forward to the opportunities which lie ahead. Jilly’s role will allow her to play a key part in helping to guide and shape the future direction of the team. Jilly said “Having been a part of the Head Resourcing family for a number of years and increasingly invested in the future success of the business, I am delighted to be taking a key role in our continued success”.
Charlie Wood, Manager of the Contracts division said “Jilly has been an integral part of the Contracts Team for 7 years, helping to develop both the team and some of our biggest accounts. This promotion also gives her the opportunity to further develop her mentoring & coaching skills.”
