The team at Head Resourcing came together last week to celebrate the business activities and achievements of 2016 whilst also looking ahead to the opportunities which lie ahead.
Across the company, representatives from each team (Permanent, Contracts, Leeds, HR, Contractor Support, IT, Marketing, Finance, Commercial) presented their highs and lows of the year and their plans for moving forward.
It’s fair to say it has been a busy year with a combination of hard work from all the teams – the Leeds office has grown in size with a fantastic team in place. With some great business wins in Leeds and Edinburgh and with plenty of activity in the pipeline, the teams are braced for a busy yet exciting year.
A number of awards were presented on the night and huge congratulations to the following team members for their achievements:
Recruiter of the Year – Eyrun Bernhardsdottir
Resourcer of the Year - Adrian Bednarz & Asia Slonina
Support Person of the Year - Deborah Garner with runners up Louise Millar and Katie Jankovic
With new goals and business objectives in place the main aim is to grow and scale the business retaining the qualities and values that have made Head Resourcing successful to this point. As quoted by Lee Murray and Huw Martin “Individual commitment to a group effort – that is what makes a team work, a company work, a society work and a civilisation work.
We simply want to be the best that we can be with excellent staff – your most precious possession as a business is not your financial assets. Your most precious possession is the people you have, what they carry around in their heads and their ability to work together”
