With a background in telesales, I took my skills in relationship building and a long-time love of technology (I was brought up on Apple MacIntosh back in the day) into the world of IT recruitment. Nearly a decade on, having worked with global software houses to digital start-ups with contract and perm requirements, I live and breathe customer service and pride myself on getting to know and understand both the client and the candidates’ needs. This means I’m able to make the perfect matches while nurturing relationships to ensure success all round. It’s always enjoyable being a small part of exciting projects as well as finding people their perfect job. Thankfully my views and beliefs match well with Head Resourcing’s commitment to making positive impacts and building connections.
What are you happiest doing when you’re not working?
Either up a mountain running or looking thoughtful in a gallery or museum. I’m even happier when I mix these with these with travelling and exploring somewhere new.
What was your dream job when you were younger?
A vet. I loved animals, still do, and thought that it was a job where you just hung-out with everyone’s pets not realising all the other less fluffy and cute duties of the role!
If we went to happy hour, what would you order?
Espresso Martini. One of the classier ways to get my caffeine hit.
