Agile Coach needed for our Financial Services client based in Glasgow. Previous experience as an Agile coach, helping companies transition to Agile ways of working, is essential.

The role must be engaged via an FCSA accredited Umbrella company and requires a minimum of 2 days per week onsite in Glasgow.

Our client is transitioning to more agile ways of working across their global organisations and requires Agile Coaching support within their Glasgow location. They require an accomplished Agile Coach to provide expert coaching to key agile roles such as Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, Agile Product Owners, etc., as required, advise management on agile adoption, thought leadership and agile technical expertise.

Key skills & experience:

  • Extensive Agile transition experience and demonstrable experience as an Agile Coach.
  • Experience managing software delivery (IT application development & leadership background preferred).
  • Track record of delivering multiple initiatives.
  • Experience with all aspects of the delivery, including planning, features/user stories, design and delivery execution.
  • Experience applying Lean Thinking and Systems Thinking in large organisations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A customer service-oriented approach, with a focus on building relationships with people at all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience with Lean Portfolio Management procedures and ceremonies up to the Portfolio level.
  • Proven excellence in leadership with the ability to engage and motivate in a high-performance culture.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation that is building and shaping their agile frameworks across their international teams. The role will require weekly onsite work in Glasgow city centre and is Inside IR35.
