Agile Programme Delivery Lead needed urgently for our Consultancy client in Edinburgh. The right candidate must have extensive demonstrable experience delivering Digital Transformation within Financial Services environments, a strong understanding of Software Application Development (including the full SDLC), an understanding of Product Operating Model design & implementation, very strong Agile knowledge & experience and very strong stakeholder management, influencing & communication skills, with the ability to manage clients and 3rd parties.

The role is Outside IR35 and requires candidates to work 3-days per week onsite in Edinburgh.

The role will require the successful Agile Programme Delivery Lead to work across a complex Digital Transformation Programme, engaging with multiple stakeholders and driving Application Development delivery and digital transformation across various teams and areas. In addition to in depth knowledge of Agile delivery, candidates will also ideally have experience in Jira / Ado configuration.

Key Skills:

  • Demonstrable experience as a Programme Lead / Programme Delivery Lead
  • Extensive experience in Digital Transformation within Financial Services
  • Knowledge and experience in Product operating model design and/or implementation
  • Senior stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of Application Development and the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Agile Delivery
  • Excellent communication skills
