Occasional travel to Newcastle or Glasgow
Up to £74,000 + bonus + 43.5 days annual leave + 13% company pension contribution
Head Resourcing is pleased to be working with one of our major financial services clients to recruit an IAM Governance Manager. This role sits within the wider IAM team and reports into the Senior Manager within Identity and Access Management.
As IAM Governance Manager, you will oversee daily team operations, drive process improvements, and engage with leadership and stakeholders. Strong knowledge of privileged access principles, including Toxic Combinations, RBAC frameworks, Privileged Access reviews (RSA G&L), and PAM management (CyberArk), is essential. You will influence IAM outcomes to reduce risk, enhance quality, and minimize manual effort while managing risks and leading an IAM improvement program to boost efficiency and security.
Skills you need to have..
* Experienced working in Information Security IAM related discipline
* Risk management experience
* Expert in prioritising multiple activities in a rapidly changing environment
* Knowledge of IAM concepts - example RBAC, Toxic Combination management, Privileged access management and monitoring
* Leadership qualities & examples of leading complex technical projects
