I have been at Head Resourcing since May 2019 joining straight out of University as a Resourcer. My only prior experience of recruitment was during a 3 month internship with another IT recruitment firm. Since joining I have been able to benefit from the experience within the Perm Team, which has assisted me in learning the ropes and picking up key knowledge and skills. I have found myself working on a variety of roles with clients from several sectors, and it is this variety that I particularly enjoy about recruitment.
